Well, I just put window tint on my H3. Looks great, I'm just worried about how well it will stay on. May go check ebay for some just in case.

I had the detailer remove the GM badges on the quarter panels. I left the H3 badges on the front doors and the rear hatch. To answer Tactical H3's question, my badges appear to be a little different. They are a chrome "H" and the "3" is kind of a dull grey color, as opposed to the all chrome badges that I have seen on others.

Is that pic without the tint? I don't see any on the front sides.

If applied properly the tint will be fine for many years.

I'm not sure, but I keep reading about these "special badges"but nobody is mentioning what they are. Mine is black on black also, however on both doors and on the rear next to the H3 there is another badge that says TACTICAL EDITION. Why no mention of this? Just curious, I like the black out idea and will try that though. I normally do de-badge my cars, however I want to keep these since it is a "limited edition".
rhill, do you have a pic of the badge that actually says "TACTICAL EDITION"? Mine did not come with that and I would love to lay my hands onsome, even if I gotta order them thru the stealership.

Did all three of the emblems, and there is a TACTICAL EDITION badge next to all three also. Thought for a split second about taking it off, then decided that was the whole point of buying the dang thing.

I don't know, all of them on the lot here had them. The truck was badged, I got a key chain and a hitch plug that all look like that. I also took the GM emblems off, the dental floss trick kept breaking so I used weed eater line instead. lol. Worked pretty well, only had a small amount of the adhesive pad left and that came off with my finger.

If someone knows how to put a bigger pic on here please tell me and I'll get youa better pic. It won't seem to let me put anything on here except for 145x145. Makes a really small pic.
