De-badging the H3?
Has anyone here removed the H3 badges from there truck? Im not much of a fan of badges and I think they have a cleaner look de-badged ... just wondering is there just double sided taped on or if they have a nasty hole in the panel and clip in as well as double sided tape ... ?

Yes, I have
I have removed the H3 symbol from both doors and the rear gate/door and the GM symbol from the both sides of the hood.
Why, I just like a cleaner look to the truck
All manufactures, now use an acrylic adhesive tape that is pressure sensitive on both sides
It holds very well and you can remove them.
I used thinner called Bestine to help loosen (the adhesive) them up and then gently pried them off with a
plastic pry tool.
They also have quite a bit of adhesive left if I ever decide to put them back on
good Luck

Awesome news! Thanx wtfurner! Im the same as you, I think badges look kinda cheap and well ... plastic lol. Good tips on the thinner to help soften the sticky backing ... I done the badges on me benz and used a heat gun and that helped soften em up and they came off not to bad.
Il give them a go tomorow!
Thanx again
