Dash light replacement

Dash light replacement
i recently changed the bulbs in my hvac controls b/c some of them were out.
i went with a white LED replacement and thought it would be close to factory look and style. however there is a blue glow to them now, not the classic whiteish glow from factory.
has anyone ever changed out the dash / gauge cluster lights?
if so what did you use?

The HVAC are t4 and can be replaced easily. The instrument cluster are soldered. Can be done but much harder and you need skills. Cluster is easier to replace than going thru trouble of repairing.
When I changed my hvac bulbs to led same result. Now they are blue. Still better than no light. Haven't figured out how to replace rear wiper switch bulb yet.

I changed my dash/cluster lights to Green LEDs (military look) and love it. It requires desoldered the existing and soldering the new ones. Also, after pulling the dash you have to carefully pull the four needles (fuel, tach, speed, temp), then reinstall perfectly otherwise everything will read inaccurate.
There's a thread on it. I'll try to post a link

I would love to see a pic of the green lights in your H3. Please post a link to that thread you were talking about.
