Dash Kit Problems
I just had a Pioneer AVIC-D3 installed into my H3, and now there is a gap between the stock trim piece, and the dash kit.
The problem is that the stock trim piece and radio, are curved outward, while the new dash kit and radio, are flat.
Does anyone else have this problem?
Thanks.

Yeah.. If you look on the OEM radio there MAY be some push clips with washers on them on each side of the lower half of the radio, Remove these and put them on the dash kit in the same holes.. This won't correct the curve problem, but it will push the dash kit forward some to fill the gap. You may even find it helpful to put some 1/8" thickwashers between the dash kit and the dash at each of the 4 screw attachment points.
