Default Damn lucky...

I was scouring local dealerships and the web looking for a replacement for our 08 H3 ALPHA - lease, when I came across the deal of a lifetime. 06 Pacific Blue H2 - w/ less than 22K miles, for $28K. Clean as a whistle w/ dual flowmasters. Frankly, owning an H2 has always been a pipe dream that I wasn't sure would ever come true, but the wife bought off and here we are. Now I just got to get it delivered from California before the snow gets here. I have a crap ton of questions (GMPP, B.U. Cams integrating w/ NAV, Oil, etc..) The search button has me set for now, if anything comes to mind that hasn't been covered I'll be sure to holler. Until then, Happy Holidays!

Was it in Palm Springs? I think I offered him 28k for it once when it was on Ebay for 33k
That is a sharp looking rig. You will love it.

Cool - just make sure to check the carfax on anything too good to be true. Sounds about right for an 06 but the mileage is really low. Is it certified?

It was. Strange he turned down $28K, and then listed in for $28.3K. After taxes and transport it will be around $31K, which is still considerably cheaper than what I would have paid in the midwest.

I bought it from a private seller, so it's not certified. It is still under factory warranty for another year. I will probably go with the 48 Month GMPP to have it covered while I am paying on it.

Excellent find, flacofuller. You done good!

There are deals out there if you are willing to take your time. After six months of shopping, not knowing what to buy, we found our '05 Lux in September '08 with 11,272 miles on it for $26,888. CarFax gave it a clean bill of health. It just flipped 20,000 and we love it.
