have we decided on a time to meet there? i'm shooting for 1030ish. still havent heard anything from raymond, so is it just going to be us 3?

 

It's right at a 3 hr drive for me. I can plan on leaving at 7 from Plano (I'm fine with leaving earlier too). Caywood, tell me the logical place for you tocatch 20 and I'll meet you there. It's not much of a convoy, but its always nice to have someone else on the road with you. I'm planning on taking lunch with me There's not much of anything in Alto and its a little far to drive to Rusk for lunch.

Are y'all good with CBs, or do i need to bring my spare?

 

I know Raymond said last week that he was travelling and was having trouble connecting to the internet. Maybe he's travelling again this week?

10:30 sounds good to me. That means if we're meetingat 635 and 20 we should probably try tomeet uparound 8. I think the second exit after you get on 20 east from 635 is exit 482, and google maps shows a shell station at the intersection once you exit. I say we meet up there for the caravan.

we (my g/f and i) will leave the campsite around 815ish. that should get us there around 1030. fyi - im really bad about punctuality, so i apologize in advance if i'm late. i still have the college 'sleep-in' bug, tho im 5 years removed...ha!

i just got my new cobrahandheldand magnet atenna today, so im set! never used one before, so i expect some coaching. thanks too for the offer. ray might need your extra tho.

incaseanyone forgets lunch, i've got you covered. we'll have plenty with us to make sandwiches, drinks, and chips.

 

If that works for you, that works for me. My normal wake up time is 10 PM so I tend to want to get going earlier. I'll still plan on being out of the house by 7.
