Hello Hummer friends, I have a 03 H2 that i just put new 325/50/22's on bfgoodrich, they cranked my bars all the way up in the front because it was rubbing a little, someone mentioned to me that if you crank them all the way up it will put too much stress on the joints, can anyone please give me the correct info. Also how do i know if the wheels need to be balanced, and someone also mentioned to me that when you crank the bars you have to get a new alignment, is this true

You do not need an alignment. I did mine with alignment before and after and if it changed, than only minimal.

 

Yes, you do need an alignment anytime you crank the TBs!

 

What makes you think that? I did two alignments. One before and one after the cranking. Both were in the tolerances with only very very slight changes.
