Corrosion..anyone else having this issue

I was just detailing my '08 h3 and noticed this is all rusted out..I'm guessing drive shaft, but not sure. Anyone else have the problem or know what this is?

Typical.. Especially if you live where salt is used or if you ever have wheeled it in the ocean... But nothing to worry about.
