In my opinion, I hate that grill and hate the mesh ones, dont get me wrong, I love custom grilles especialy the billet bar ones but not on a hummer. YOu should just get the fog lights on your brushguard, then they'll even be adjustabl and you wont loose airflow to your radiator. The 7 slot grille is just as much a trademark on the jeep as it is on the Hummer. when the HMMWV was first created, the grille was put on it to be like the legendary jeep, the next generation of it. and that grille has been carried on as a trademark of Hummer! O|||||||O

 

and right after I say that I realize that my signature sketch accidently has an eighth slot[:@][:@][:@]

I prefer the OEM grilles also, but that is one of the better aftermarket grille's I've seen. It looks like the ones that are listed in Stylintrucks catalog for other trucks:
