Has anyone tried to smooth out their exhaust manifold? It seems my hummer has a fair restriction on flow.

 

what do you mean "smooth out the exhaust manifold" ? I'm not by any means a qualified mechanic so please break it down for me. Luke, how long did it take you to remove the first cat? I've been thinking bout doing this for a while but i wanted to let someone be the Guinea pig first lol. Thanks for all the info and all the posts Luke. Glad to hear that the sound hasn't increased too much. That was the main issue for me, i hate ricers...hate them so bad.
