computer upgrade available for the h3
And it is still a rip off. If you are like me, I have one car...my Hummer. I am not interested in the downtime to have my computer reprogrammed. Jet chips work nice. I had on on my 2001 Grand Cherokee with the 4.0. It worked great.
*edit* misread post
my whole point of posting this link is that at least we are starting to get options, costly but as they are one of the first you knew they were gonna charge top dollar. I highly doubt we will see a programmer or "chip" anytime soon, just not enough demand for it.

I used the Jet "chip" in my 95 camaro and that thing worked wonders. I would definitely buy it if and when they release it for the H3, assuming it still attaches to the OBDII plug like they used to (which I'm assuming what you guys are talking about). I personally also can't send my ECU in to get reprogrammed because I too only have 1vehicle. I'm currently shopping for a second for when I move in december.
There is another option, you can got to HPtuners.com and buy their OBD II interface and software. Then you have control of EVERYTHING!! The Colorado guys use it to tune their s/c's and turbo's
Jet is pretty good. I got 10 whp on the dyno before and after pulls for $270 on a 05 PT turbo. Not bad $27 bucks a whp.
