Bob is giving up cigarettes so he may get goofy for awhile. May provide even more opportunities to have fun.

Ever tried to quit Rich? I never started so I can't really understand the quitting issues. One of my admins has quit 4-5 times. She will not smoke for a year and start again. We paid her $2500.00 to quit. She collected several years ago. Everytime she starts up again we tease her about having to pay the money back and then she tries to quit again. Must be more to it than I understand.

Yes I have, I had to quit for Basic Training BUT I was alot younger and didn't have the years of smoking behind me that I do now. I tried again a few years ago when my first son was born, my ex basically threw a pack of cigarettes at me and told me to smoke

I just lost what little patience that I have, I truly believe that there are some chemical dependencies with them. However, I think it is more mental than physical.

My big problem is that I still LIKE smoking, I hate the ashes all over my 3 and getting all cleaned up to go somewhere only to smell like a mixture of cologne and smoke by the time we get there. But for some reason I still enjoy the act of smoking itself. And until I overcome that it's pointless to try to quit. Although quiting would more than make up the difference in gas prices

My dad quit 37 years ago and says he still misses it sometimes. That is quite a hold on someone.
