So I am looking to get a black grille to replace my chrome grille that came with truck. I can find tons fitting 2003 to 2007 but none for 2008+.

Does anyone know if the 2003 to 2007 grille can be made to fit a 2008? If not does anyone have any experience getting chrome painted? Not sure if that is even possible.

custom stands out ive seen kids takin pictures of my truck. chrome plating on the grill plastic can be sanded / scuffed primered and painted see mine it was chrome plated. Any paint shop should take care of ya. good luck. you might have to click to see pic enlarged

They look the same, just not sure about the mounting tabs

 

Any good paint shop can do this for you call your local shops.

call the dealership and ask them about the grille fitment. If you call around and talk to the right person youll get all your answers but beware if you blacked the lamps you definatly gotta upgrade your bulbs

 

i got the grille blacked out , all lights blacked out , roof racks match painted , rear view mirror backing matched painted, the chrome on the liscense plate area blacked all for 300. killer deal. hes my friend.

If you look closely at the pic look at the roof racks and rear view mirror backings.

i took all the chrome off !!!

I don't know about that..the problem with them is that it'll cost upwards of 400.00 new a white one would look good on mine I think, but I cannot find one that fits an '08 ANYWHERE!! Neeeeed some help badly..

 

I checked on eBay and there are some on there you can buy and redo.
