Drivers side Cold, Pass Side Hot.
Change temp on EITHER and nothing happens.

Ok, come here, do some searching, door blend actuators, copy. Start with the hard one, the Pass Side. Get it replaced, think it really needed it too because I can easily move the position with just my fingers on the old one where the new one is stiff and firm, didn't care to move it more than just making sure it wasn't loose as advised by the forum gods.

Anyway, leave battery unhooked for all of this.
Put back together, hook up battery, turn key to ON for about 60 seconds, then start up.
Zero change.

Now I'm a little hesitant to order another for the drivers side as it seems maybe my issue isn't just the door actuators but maybe the HVAC Control Unit itself?
