Chrome Tow Hooks Bolts

Need help, I need to find a place or on line where I can purchase a new chrome/stainless steel bolts and nuts or my H3 tow hooks. I do not need the mounting bolts. What I need is the long bolts and nuts that secure the actual tow hooks. I recently installed a chrome tow hooks and for some reason one of the bolt stopped tightening up for me. I also tried to take it off but it just do not want to move. I am thinking about just cutting it

. Please help!

A bolt/hardware/engineering shop would be the obvious choice.

Just use the original bolts, looks much better with black bolts, and they are generally stronger.
