chrome peeling, wheels
Get them powdercoated, much better than paint. If rims are really chrome, it will cost more because of the work that is involved.
yeah, im not in for p c so i may peel the loose stuff, sand blast and paint and see how long that holds up. whats a good paint, self priming?, stick to chrome??
later prob new wheels but i like the stock wheels.

Zinc-chromate primer after sandblasting will etch and seal the metal. However, it is also a bad carcinogen. Might be better blasting and painting with another 2-part paint system. If you leave the aluminum exposed it will oxidize but that layer works to protect the metal underneath.
