It might be easier and cheaper to get your bumper chromed than buy a new one.

I have never saw any for sell, but I bet they are $$$$

I take off my HOOD DECK, Rear Tail Lights, bought a spare eBay set(have H2 chome thingy double sided tapedon it), I take off the rear bumper cover that says HUMMER on it, bought a spare one on eBay(have the Billet Chrome HUMMER Letters), the Chrome hood springs and the Billet Driving Light Bezels!!

Some of the stuff I leave on but I had to replace alot of this stuff after my 1st winter(2004/05) and don't want to do it again!!!

Our winters are ROUGH!!! They use a PURE SALT/Sand combo for the ice here that KILLS CHROME!!
