Default Checking in for the first time

Hey everyone, today's my first day as an official member of this sweet forum, I've browsed the website in the past and found some sweet stories other interesting things on this website so i finally decided to join. My '06 H3 is just below, purchased it used about 3 months ago and decided the first thing that needed to go was the chrome on the front (line-x'd it). Don't be to harsh! I'm only starting out and i have some big plans for this baby, you know the usual, new tires, wheels, brushguard, level kit. I only have two questions, first, does anyone have a good roof rack recommendation ( that bike rack has to go as I like to snowboard ) other then Gobi? Gobi seems a tad expensive for the simplicity of the product, and second, does anyone have a good light rack recommendation? Thanks for the help!

welcome to the forum... The gobi is really a nice set up when you compare apples to oranges, there are other options though... you could go as simple as some thule board mounts on OEM crossbars, or get into Thule and Yakima roof baskets, they have alot of options and I believe the yankima mega warrior can be expanded so you could lay a board in it...

Hey everyone its OCHO4, for some reason my account got locked, i was only inactive for one day? Thanks for all the help, ill take it all into consideration as I'm only 19 and i just got my really job going (US Army medic) and I'm waiting for the money to start flowing in. And the only reason I'd "waste" money on a level kit is for new keys and shock extenders. I looked at my keys like they look like they needed to be replaced, chipped and rusted. and I'm gonna put new bilstein shocks on the front so I'd use the extenders. Oh and surfnaked, i love your set up, thats a great looking truck, you too Bunger
