hi all , few days ago we had really heavy rains , some places the water was as high as the stock tires of my H2.

unfortunately i had to drive thru that craziness for work and all , no0thing happened to the hummer , but after a few days my check engine light came on.

i reseted the battery , the light doesnt come on

but if i accelerate hard the car kinda hesitates and after a while the ligth comes back on

i dont have a computer , but what could this mean ?

Some of the car parts places will check your codes for free. I would get someone to pull the code that your computer would have set to turn on the check engine light. Then post the code here and someone will be able to decifer it for you.

 

If you have the Onstar service they can do that for you also. ( check the codes and if you have the full service they will run diagnostics for you.
