Default Check engine light
I scanned my engine light it's code p0014 camshaft position timing over advanced or system performance bank 1. What can I do to fix that?

P0014 Hummer H3 - Exhaust Camshaft Position System Performance
Possible causes
- Dirty Oil
- Low engine oil level
- Faulty Exhaust Camshaft Position Actuator Solenoid
- Exhaust Camshaft Position Actuator Solenoid harness is open or shorted
- Exhaust Camshaft Position Actuator Solenoid circuit poor electrical connection

The camshaft position actuator solenoid (aka: phaser, vvt,) is around 30 bucks and easy to replace..

Where can I get the actuator? None of the autoparts stores around me can't get it
