I'm done. It took me 90 minutes for all 4 wheels. The back one are standard single-piston calipers, so you do have to take the slider bolts off, but it takes 5 minutes, literally.

This brake job just justified me keeping this truck. I'm going to post pics and instructions for anybody who wants to do it on their own.
I have 32k on my 06 H3, and it feels like my brakes are starting to wear. Has anybody posted pics on how to change brake pads? To go along with the step by step instructions? I've never changed brakes before -- but from the sounds of it - it's pretty simple?

I've always used a big C clamp to push the pistons in, but that was taking the pistons off
