I have a problem I changed all the handles to Chrome handles and when I went to go open the door on the passenger side it won't open the door from the outside I have to go on the inside of the truck to open it up for people to get in I was wondering if anybody's ever had this problem because I've done this before and it never did this so maybe there's something I did wrong but if anybody knows anything about changing the handles it's very easy to do on the H3 so I need help figuring this one out

The answer is obvious, you did not swap the handle correctly on the door that won't open from the outside. Do it again, review where you made the mistake.
