Someway I have managed to lose the screws that hold the cupholder in place and the support bolts that secure the center console; the ones that screw into body from inside the console bucket. Does anyone have a line on where to find them or the correct size so I can get a replacement? I Googled it but did not find anything yet.

Clips hold the transmission shift bezel down. GM: 12338108 is the part number. I don't have a part number for the bolts holding down the console, but any former Hummer dealer can still look that bolt up for you.

 

There should be 5 bolts that attach the center console to the truck, one under the shift, 4 under the arm rest. Should be easy enough to match thread, then any hardware store should be able to help you.

Out of curiosity how did you lose all 5 console bolts?

 

Dont forget the 2 smaller screws that pull the console tight to the dash too... Plus the 4 screws that hold the console bucket in.

 

I have no idea how they came up missing, I have a CCW and was installing my gun vault and discovered the missing bolts, who knows they may have been missing since I bought her in 2011?
