Well, the weather was finally nice and my back wasn't acting up so I thought it was a good day to install my pass side cat converter. I got the 2 rear nuts off with only a slight problem but the front three at the manifold. They were a pain in the butt. Would not come loose no matter what I did. Even with air tools. So a trip to Autozone to get a small torch was in order. These torches do not give off as much heat as a full size oxy/acetaline setup but it was worth a try. Holding the torch on each nut for about 5 to 7 minutes, I was able to break free all 3 bolts. None broke!!!!!!!!!!! It took me almost all day to do because I can only work for about 1 1/2 hours at a time while my puppy is sleeping. But I got it done.
Now I have to figure out where my leak on the drivers side is coming from. I slowed it down quite a bit by putting silicone on the grommet on the marker light, but it still leaks a little bit from somewhere. Oh well, I am retired and no rain is forecast for awhile so it will give me something to do.
Then to figure out why my CEL keeps coming on with code P0446.


Any clues or tips for the above mentioned would be greatly appreciated.
