Anyone use the carid for parts? I live in dubai and just ordered some shocks, its been a month and i have no idea what are they shipping and to where.

what is the weight of each shock? 8LBS?

do help, i hope they are for real.

I see them all the time but i have not ordered from them,Ill cheek and see if they have any complaints here in the us,ill get back to you

 

Hey it does not look to good. most complaints are very slow on delivery like 2 to 3 mouths
sounds like they dont stock anything and drop ship from the manufactures, look them up on line on the internet and call them, . 800.505.3274-- Email Address

I have used them, never had a problem and always received my parts in a acceptable amount of time.

It is now been nearly two month. I would never recommend this site for parts to anyone! Carid is more of a fraud.

I have got no answers from them, 10 different customer service staff, with automated answers. It is pathetic.

no management, to supervisors. It feels like it is one man working from a room!

pathetic !
