cant disconnect fuel line
 

07 H3 rotted fuel line.
never seen a fitting like this,,i tried my disconnecrt tools ( white in pic) proper size,push in on fitting then push in on tool and try to pull both back and nothing..
youtube yields nothing..
of course my search terms could bne off :)
yes i take the clip off first :)
what am i doing wrong or how do i do it right ??

spray some lube. the o-rings might be stuck. you did remove the big silver clip right?

Silver clip is a retainer, remove it then push the fuel lines towards each other before pushing the tool in to release the locks.
may need a metal release tool

i needed to lube and i needed the metal tool instead of the plastic i have.
