I can open the ban screen, input all the information and when I hit the submit buton and get the log in screen to verify who I am it takes my password, welcomes me for logging in and then gives me the same log in screen again. I can't clean up the spammers now for some reason. Doc, it is all on you until this gets fixed.

Also it doesn't seem like the post counter is operating.

3hummers, can you link me to a spammer so that i can see if my tools work? i know that banning through the back end will work, but I want to test the spam ban that you guys use.

When did you notice this first happening?

 

Just noticed it today. I was able to ban the guy from my office computer.

 

Its odd...Ive not changed anything in the system. Next time it comes up, can you post a link to the user in question?

and the failure was when you tried to use the "delete as spam" dropdown option?

 

I haven't had that problem, but then again I haven't banned a spammer since maybe Wed/Thurs last week?
