Cannot help you with the module but I can answer the U-joints question. Unless they were replaced with a after market one the answer is no they cannot be greased.

I bought my H2 brand new and have never had the U Joints replaced. So since they are stock, is there anything I can do? Is there anyway to lube the joints?

If I can't grease the U joints, how long should I wait to replace them? When will I know they need to be replaced?

I would say 100,000 miles at least before you need U joints , unless you take it offroad. Spicer makes the best U joints. U joints without grease zerks are stronger and will last longer.

I took my H2 to the dealer today and they replaced the Evap module, and they checked my U Joints, and they said they were fine but they had some play in them from age. So since the U Joints were original, I had them replaced. It was definitely worth replacing the U Joints, my H2 is just like new.

The cost was $405 to replace my U Joints and I picked up my H2 that same day.

$402 to replace U-Joints! Wow I am in the wrong business! U-Joints cost like $30 each tops! and take like 10 mintues to replace each.
