They also make pumps to pump oil out at the dip stick location. No idea how well they work.

 

I have the electric, hand pump, and hand vacume drain pumps, we use em on boats thru the dipstick. Takes forever, and doesn't get everything, but they do work. Like tryin to suck a milk shake thru a drink stirring straw 7 quarts of cool big block oil x 2, or x 3, boy that sucks

 

i change my own oil

first time, yea squirted every where ! but next time i held a skinny funnel right up to the drain plug and it worked great, also used the bosch oil filter it is shorter and cmes out easier

 

luckily i read docs post so th eoil didn't spray everywhere...but it did splash off the crossmember and sprayed me in the face...almost put out my cigarette![sm=pimp.gif]
