hey...everytime i turn my wheel all the way in any direction and move theres a rattling or grinding or something that i can hear and feel on the pedal...does anyone kno wat this may be??

 

You probably had accidentally touch the H4 Lock. Just my guess coz it happened to me before. Just my guess...

 

so wenever its on any of the 4wheel lock settings u cant turn the wheel all the way to either side??

 

Yap! seems it got locked up as soon as it reaches the end and sometimes you can hear a big bang sounds which according to the dealer is you're forcing the locked gear and it will create some damage definitely.So be careful.

 

Well to be precise, you can expect some unpleasant noises and a strange feel when operating in the 4WD lock setting AND you are on hard pavement with good traction. I just spent most of last weekend driving on muddy gravel roads in 4Hi Lock and never had any adverse reactions - that's what the locked modes are for.

If you spend any significant amount of time in locked modes on hard pavement you will definitely be stressing drive components and setting yourself up for some expensive repairs.
