calling out to active members about Clayton, Oklahoma trail
I just remember about Clayton off road park\trail in Oklahoma about an hour south of me. I wanted to see who's here in Oklahoma, Ark, and Texas would be interested in getting together and team up go on trailing with me sometimes this fall??? And I do have a good friend that has parents own Rock house restaurant out in Tanihila, Oklahoma that has miles of trails for ATV and 4x4. We planned on going out there sometimes thus fall as well. I think he'll be running his Toyota 4runner with me. I asked him about it, he said let's go. He know the land very well. What you think??

Some H1 and H2 owners do have H3 on side or have atv\utv that they may take with them over there to tag along. When I had FX4 that wouldn't do worth a crap in super tough trail, I just took ATV there with me tagging along. It was fun through.
Clayton sounds like fun to me, no meth-heads, and I don't want to carry 2 spares down K-trail. Being the end of summer, I expect the trails to be fairly clear for the larger vehicles by now. Anyone still thinking of heading out?
I am up in Tulsa area. About 6-8 weeks ago a group of guys went through the Kiamichi Trail and came out with 8 punctured tires. A quick search of a mud hole showed a big steel plank with nail studs sticking up out of it. Those meth-heads in the area don't like people in their back yard. I would plan a mini-expedition type of drive if on that one with axes, water, fuel and spares. (guns too, never know in that area. seriously.) There may be a couple of areas that you have to clear out and widen. I have seen a couple of trip reports where they came across large trees cut down and blocking the trail.
