Default Engine temp raises while using ac

Here is my issue. While driving and using my ac in the 2003 H2, after about 10 to 15 minutes of driving, the engine temp raises to the solid line before the red line. I turn the ac off, and within 5 miles of driving, the temp goes right back to normal. This has started happening in both sitting in traffic and while driving down the interstate. I drive normal on the roads, so it's not like I am pushing the engine hard, just normal daily driving. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Just an update. I drove my truck over 40 miles twice his week and AC is working flawlessly now. Software update fixed my issue.

So do you know if this was a generic update or one specific to the a/c? For future ref just in cases, might need it, ya know.

2003 H2, my ac/heater display doesnt work hence they ac/heater wont turn on. Fuses are good and it will randomly turn on but the most part stays off. None of the buttons will respond. Its there some kind of other sousource or power commander type deal that could be the issue?

display may have com unplugged, you could try removing the center bezel, then remove the control head and look it over. If you are sure you found all the fuses, that is.
