Buying a H2 SUT High Mileage
#2
Can you get an extended warranty? I bought my H2 with just under 85k miles and a 3 year 36k extended warranty that covers pretty much everything other than normal wear and tear items, including electronics.
IMHO, if you can get an extended warranty for a reasonable price and there is nothing obviously wrong when you buy it, the miles don't matter so much.
Beyond that, these seem to be pretty reliable well past 100k miles so I wouldn't worry too much either way. Just make sure higher miles are reflected in a lower purchase price.

The vast majority of 2's out there will be over 100k in this day and age for decent prices. Sure you can find some with a few thousand miles garage kept but you'll have to give up a major organ to pay for one.

I've owned H2's with 60k and 120k miles and there has been no difference to me. I ended up replacing the same components each time. All the front end steering stuff, ties rods, control arms, etc but I also wanted to beef up everything for the 37's I have. I think it really just comes down to how beat up the interior is
