Any chance we could compare that users connecting IP with Choco's? I think it's one and the same and only created to bump Injun in the poll ... I called it quits at midnite eastern time, last vote for injun came in after that but of course prior to midnite pacific .. from this bus driven fella!

I'll leave it up to you as to how you want to handle this...I think Bus Driven name should be banded as well as choco..what ya think?

Actually Den, kudo's should go out to Karl on this one ... he caught him after I signed off/went to bed around 12:30 last night...

As far as action goes since it was used to alter the outcome of the poll ... I'd say get rid of Bus driven, and a temp ban on Choco's account, a couple of days to think it over ...

 

I will state this in the poll because Kild1 won it fair and square had it not been for this extra vote by choco's alter ego ... any objections?

 

Since they are same IPs if I ban Bus's, Choco goes too...I'll see if I can swing something here

Poll edited, decreased Injun's vote count with 1. Not sure if you want me to kill off the message "bus driven" choco left in there or not .. figured it didn't matter too much!

 

Should we maybe add (if not there already) that members creating multiple accounts for the purpose of skewing the poll will be banned on principle? I mean to the FAQ's already posted.

 

Good Point on the rules..I added that rule to the FAQ part...Choco and his alterego has been banned..Remind me in about a week and I'll lift Choco's Ban if you think he's learned his lesson...Damn Canadian

 

I'd like the benefit of the doubt approach. If it happens again, then make it permanent. At least we gave him a chance and if he didn't take it .. then it's his problem!
