The Silverstar Ultras are about 10% brighter than the non Ultras. I put them on my H3 and they are nice and white and decent range. For the low cost and compatibility they were a easy decision to make. Sure do like the HID blue/white units but they are big bucks and a lot of those marketed on ebay for example are single beam only.

A true HID system should have ballast systems and not some 8K blue light you just plug into the existing harness, I think you can damage your harness with those types.

I don't like the look of the projector style on the H2 either. This is my 4th H2 and I've always wanted to go with HID. I've been looking for something that is as close to stock HID as possible which I think is about 4300K or so.

I found a place that has the complete HID kits for I think about $180 shipped. These were single low beam units, and others that posted were happy with them. I just wanted to see what others feedback was using them in the stock housings.

I'm not a fan of those BUG EYE HIDS!!!!

Do they have a similar product for the fog lights as well? KC's even?

I can just see me running around with Blue/White headlights, Yelow/White KC OR lights and White fogs....

I'm just **** enough that all that **** HAS to match....

I used, and still use PIAA 3157'S!! They have a blue tinghe(sp) but are WAY WHITER than those stock OEM DRL bulbs! Too yellow!!!

The blue looks AWESOME with my HID's!!

I buy the PIAA 3157'S on eBay! I buy a bunch at a time (save on shipping) as they only seem to last 6 months or so! But YA GOTTA PAY TO PLAY!!!

Looks like the last seller I bought from is NO LONGER A RESISTERED SELLER, but here are the 3157's!! I usually look for GOOD FEEDBACK and the WILLINGNESS to COMBINE SHIPPING COSTS!!

Mark, don't know if they make the Ultras in other sizes seems like they would though. If you got the part # of the bulb you want to change see if Sylvania has it on their website, I think there is a cross reference form there or at least on some other resellers websites. I remember seeing one when I was poking around for mine.
