I was replacing coils and one of the bolts snapped off flush. Does the bolt screw into the intake? Just trying to figure out how much of a job to fix this problem. The plugs were original after 160,000 miles and the truck came from Ohion, some soem corrosion problems

The I5 intake manifold is the black plastic box to the right of the Throttle Body. #500 below.

The Coil On Plug Pack bolts screw into the top of the head. #518 in the bottom diagram/







Google how to remove broken engine bolts. You can use extractors and other methods.

 

Well that sucks for you big time. I'd figure your going to need to drill and easy out or weld a washer to it and then a nut to the washer. Or conversely pay a place to do it for you. Sorry!
