So I noticed that there's a broken CD inside my stereo. I never used it, and just noticed it. Anyone ever have this happen in their truck and any ideas out to get it out?

 

Put double sided tape (or get creative with single sided tape) on a credit card or something plastic that's thin. I don't mention using a piece of metal (like a metal ruler) as it's far easier to damage the optical laser or other moving parts of the dvd drive.
See if you can fish the disc out of there.

If you are comfortable with it, remove the navigation unit & take it apart. I've done this in computers that hold the disc in place where fishing is not an option.
