Exclamation Brake pads 97h1

I'm about to tackle my brake pads, rotors are good. Any pointers or things to know? It seems like a pretty cut and dry job.

Fronts or backs? The fronts are pretty straightforward. On the rears you have to drop the UCP and mess with the parking brake/cables.

I'm doing both. I just noticed one of the rotors scared so ill change both on the front. Is the back caliper a pain to deal with? Thanks

The rears are somewhat more difficult than the fronts.

The rears aren't that bad once you understand how to collapse the piston. Make sure you have a cheap caliper compressor from Advance or something like that and a pair of channel locks big enough to grab hold of the piston

If you can, maybe do a little write up and pictures! I for one would greatly appreciate it.

Go to flashoffroad.com. They have some pretty good tech article and pictures for most of your maintenance work. I use their page when I dive into something I haven't done yet.
