Personal attacks on other forum members will not be tolerated. Express your opinion in any way that you see fit as long as it isn't vulgar or an attack on another member.

Has anyone seen the rating Consumer Reports April edition gave the 09 vette? It is slightly above the Chrysler Sebring as being one of the worse cars on the market. The vette's body integrity and audio system scored worse than average, body hardware much worse than average. The used 09' vette is rated as much worse than average and brand new off the lot is rated at below average.

Consumer reports is biased against anything made in America. I don't read that rag anymore.

I don't care for that left wing rag's political opinions or their recommendations. They have hammered American manufacturers to death, literally.

I read the first page of posts on the Corvette forum. I read enough to know I did not need to read further. Most of them come across as boys who never grew into men. Boys reflect their own inadequacies by berating others. What you read is a reflection of how they feel about themselves. In order to feel superior their only recourse is to cast dispersions on others. Men do not need to resort to childish dribble.

To each his own and let the other be. I just sold an SSR and they have a forum made the way it should be, much like this one. A nice bunch of people who care for each other and share information. You are right, however, about Vette owners. Each of them has a peculiar attitude. The last Vette owner I saw could have either been a man or woman, could not tell.

Especiallywhen you drive a Hummer. Sticks and stones would, however, hurt a little Vette.
