Default Bouncy Ride after new parts - Help!!

Hey all,
Ok so I am hoping that you will be able to tell me whats wrong and how to fix it.

I just finished up (for the most part) a good over haul on my suspension.
She is a 03 H2 with about 140,000 miles.
The H2 got new Timken front hubs, Moog tie rod ends, Moog Pitman and Idler arms, Moog ball joints upper and lower, Skyjacker Nitro shocks (sincgle shock replacement all 4 corners), Supreme Suspension 3" lift kit (keys in front / spacers in rear), Arnot air bag to spring conversion, OEM springs cushions for rear, and some new Moto Metal wheels (18x10) with 38 x 15.50 Toyot Open Country MT tires on them.

Now as I drive the truck almost feels like a bouncy house. Any little bump in the road and we are bouncing in the truck. I also have developed a some bump steer / float steer. Basically I hit a bump sometimes.... and she goes one way or another. And sometimes she just just floats on her own too.

I have gotten everything aligned so that shouldnt be an issue, but yeeah to drive this vehicle is a real work out now.

You guys have any ideas on what is wrong or any ideas on how to resolve all this?

Thanks

Can you put the old wheels and tires back on as a way to rule out the new tires, wheels causing an issue?

Is the ride height level?

I second this. This is the cheapest & most efficient way to see if there's a simple fix.

I've owned the Toyo AT2s & I find those to be one of the worst tire on the market today. The ride quality is lacking. Quality shouldn't even be used. You feel every bump. I'd assume w/ the MTs, it would be even worse.

It may also be the shocks, 2-3 years ago I installed a set of SkyCrapper Nitro's
on my old Ram 1500 4x4 - I thought it road like sh-t after the install. My old worn factory socks road better.

When I would hit pots holes/bumps etc I thought it would bounce me thru the roof.

i just replaced all 4 shocks with the blisten 5100's. I too noticed the ride seems a bit floaty over the stock setup. When i get into the truck it will bounce up and down which it never did before replacing the oem shocks. I notice that the ride seems a bit softer and the top seems to sway a little bit over the old setup. At the moment im undecided as to whether i feel this is an improvement over the stock setup.
