Sounds cool! Did you, too, find it kind of refreshing to have it all work as designed? Next...I'm calling Heath, at Recon, for the smoked cab lights.

 

That I did. I was more skeptical when I tried to decipher those damn instructions, even the stupid schematic was retarded.

If it hadnt been as obvious by looking at the parts which harness plugged into which part I would have just paid someone to do it for me.

 

I completely agree!!! I actually did a dry run, basically, on the living room floor. Once it was all connected, all that was left with the 12VDC in and the FM transmitter connection. LOL!

 

Okay anyone else have this problem......


So I am noticing the FM modulation for the sound absolutely sucks.......big time.

As a DVD plays background hiss creeps in so of course you change FM channels, for the first 5 seconds its crystal clear them slowly the hiss starts on the new channel, keep switching channels and its rinse repeat on every single channel.

Crystal clear for a bout 5 seconds then the hiss and static starts. I can still hear the DVD but the hiss and static are annoying as hell.

Anyone else? Any suggestions?
