Both Front axle seals leaking after leveling kit installed today
I had a leveling kit installed today and when i got the truck back both cv boots seals have grease coming out of them and it sprayed all around. The (friend) mechanic told me that this is nothing to worry about, but i am concerned about this. Nothing ever leaked and the truck has 55k miles. I installed the leveling kit because im putting 37 inch tires on the truck this weekend. What should be my next step? Why did this happen, and the boots don't look ripped at all. Is this an easy fix? I don't want to blow the front end or anything. I just drove it home and had it aligned.

If the boots have holes or small tears in them you can have them replaced. If there is ANY CHANCE that a small amount of dirt, dust or debris got into the C.V. joint then I would just order new or rebuilt axles. They should probably run less than $100 each for rebuilt axles with a warranty and all g.m. parts used in the rebuild.
Also the mechanic could have torn the boots (which I doubt) or the rubber boots were crispy due to age, heat etc. and when you leveled the truck (increased angle of the drive axle) they could have cracked. I see it alot and would guess that is what happened.
