what is the best Bose speaker replacement for the front doors?

 

how did you decide on bose?

 

That is what my 03 hummer came with for the stock speakers. Just wondering what some suggestions would be on replacing them?

 

For the H3, that "Bose" stuff in the doors is crap anyways, so no matter what you replace it with will be an improvement. The Bose focus was on the rear sub-woofer, not like $30 door speakers are the cream of the crop, marginally better than the standard paper cone junk.

Any quality brand 2, 3 or 4 way 6 1/4 - 7" round speaker would be an improvement.

For your H2, got no idea. That by the way is why your post should be in the H2 section, or AV section, since that is what your question refers to.

 

I have a H3 also, and I thought it was Monsoon speakers they put in them??

 

I think the stock Bose system in the 2's is great! I've had many other brand name stock systems in the past but the Bose system blows everything I've had out of the water! I have absolutely no complaints with it!

I replaced my monsoons with infinity reference 2 ohm and the 8" sub...Nice upgrade..
