Default Borgeson aftermarket steering shaft for GM trucks

I dont think this has really been explored yet...in the June issue of 4 Wheeling magazine they talk about Borgeson's new steering shaft to replace the clunking shafts GM put in their vehicles. This steering shaft is supposed to fix all the issues with the GM shaft. Sorry youma not be able to read the text but the pic shows the difference between the two shafts.4 wheel magazine claims the new shaft fixes the issues with the stock shaft and gives it good reviews.

I read the same article. The thing to verify if it's compatible with the H3 Alpha. Has anyone researched this?

A few more comments can be found here: https://www.hummerforums.com/m_167277/tm.htm

I haven't had any issues with my steering fix. As long as its under warranty, I'm going to have the dealer address any issues.

Agreed Alrock, but not a bad thing to file away for when the warranty expires

$250.00 bucks-ish?? I'll give the dealer the first shot if I have to. Then I'll do it right myself with one of these if it still needs fixin. [&o]

My dealer fix seems to be OK also.

I just wonder if there would still be some improvement by using theirs, it does look beefier...and I still have somephantom clunks and noises coming from my front end.
