The new Led LCDtechonology....and it looks a hell of a lot better than the color wheel ones, brighter and more crisp

That's why I wanted to ask

because I wanted to see how much better LED was vs. color wheel. I guess it really is nice. Does it stick out less in the back also, or about the same as the other slim profile DLPs?

It sticks out about the same and the black level is a lot deeper
