Chrome grill is stock - no cost. I am thinking of getting a white grill since I don't like chrome anything.
In Europe, GM markets an H3 Sensation pkg in black or white with a body-colored grill.

I got the idea after seeing the European version above. I know some other people are going for the black, and since I am not trying to go for the chrome look, I figured it would black was my only option.
I have given some thought to getting it sprayed with bedliner. Can you send me a pic of how yours turned out?
