The car washes are allowed to press charges if you jack up the stall... I learned that from the guy that owns the one near me... he is a Jeep owner and knows that I always use the same stall and make sure it is cleaned when I am done... he let me know he has no issues with us using it... but has the cops looking for a few guys...

I have left a few large piles of mud at carwashes before. Never knew there was a problem with it other than it being a PIA for them.
