So in a 02' H1 that is going to run on b-99 does one need to buy the fuel line upgrade like the one sold by predator motorsports?

IMHO no.... I know a lot of Hummer owners who haven't needed that. You will go through a lot of filters at first... Keep an eye on your lines, but honestly there aren't manyrubber lines, and if they start to go bad $10 at an autoparts store will buy you about 15' of fuel line hose (more then enough for your Hummer).....
