gas does suck. ive only ha my hummer fr about a month and this whole 12 mpg is a killer but i lovethe truck.

 

I took the suggestion of a Member on here and have all my tires at 40 psi. In doing so I've went from 7.5 mpg to 9.4 mpg. Thank you.

 

i dont own a hummer, however im really into them (hence my username) i would love to own one and im positive i wil eventually have one of my own.

ive been doing extensive research on hummers and then the only con to the hummer in my opinion became a question in my head. can i improve the gas mileage technically meaning doing something to the engine so i dont have to drive like a slug.

then i discovered this gforce chip. on theyre website they claim 4-7 mpg better and increase in horsepower. now when i saw this i said ok if it works people would have bought it. so i found this forum and sure enough a few peope have but havent had it long enough to justify the mpg increase that it claims, and some people just flat out have never heard of it. and if you read there testimonials people are amazed and on guy even said it has proven to be a better product than his JET chip.

so im simply here to inform people who are sceptical three reason why you should by it.
1)its 70 dollars.
2)they offer a full refund if you are unsatisfied with the product "no questions asked".
3) the claims of course, 4-7 mpg on any vehicle and increased horsepower or your money back.

in my opinion for 70 dollars, try it, if its a scam, then you get 70 dollars back =)

I have a 6" lift and 38x15.50x18s on 18x10 wheels.
I went with magnaflow exhaust, Full synthetic oil, full synthetic oil for everything I could underneath, new plugs and wires and coilpacks, removed excess weight ie: thrid row seat and keep the H2 clean of trash, removed the roof racks. I am thinking about intake or at least an intake tube (airdoc or Ariaid MIT) also electric fans, fitch fuel filtration system, and I am thinking about regearing and a solid axle conversion for the front and have the 2/4 wheel drive option with conversion. But basically you drive a hummer so you knew it was a factor with owning one.

 

If money is no issue you get a dmax conversion

 

I want a duramax so badly. This thread is interesting and useful. People we should keep this alive.
Currently I only drive on the highway. Only about 4 miles of city driving to get on ramp and off ramp. But I have roof lights, brush guard, spare tire carrier in back, and the 2 roof racks. and its a 2003 H2 with 84,000 miles. I keep it between 65-70. I get 12.7 highway.
