the best route
hello to all,im jason and is my first post i dont own a h3t just yet,but im working on it,i was looking for the h3t w/ adventure pack, but most of them are 5 cyl,and the few alphas dont have the off road or locking diffs,so...if you have to chose among those 2 which one would you setlle for and why ,tx

Where do you live? What is your intended purpose of the vehicle? These answers will help guide you. For instance, if you live where it's relatively flat, then I would say go for the I-5 with the Adventure Package as most will tell you if you plan on wheeling the truck, it's best to have both front and rear lockers. If you are planning to tow any substantial load, then consider the Alpha. If it's mountainous terrain you live in, once again go for the Alpha. If you have no intentions of wheeling the truck, pick the Alpha.

hello
hello, well i lived in florida right now,if i ever tow anything,is going to be soemthing like a wave runner,but...theres is a chance that i might be moving to NC,now i haven't drive neither of them, but im concern that, the I5,feels slow,i had a 2006 tacoma 4x4 with the 4.0 engine 6 speed, and to me it fealt good enough,is the I5 feels almost the same or similar? tx for your help.ps,i never did any off roading but a vehicle like this one invites you to try it.especially if i move to nc .to me the ideal will be the alpha w/off road pack but ,not many around.

I looked everywhere for my H3T Alpha with the offroad package and agree there where not many around. However, I would go for the alpha even without the offroad package. I had to take my in for the recall on the gas tank straps and they game me a loner with the I5 and its a dog. Go for the power of the V8 it so much more smooth.
